↪️2 cups mac ’n’ cheese (homemade or store-bought)
↪️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
↪️½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon
↪️2 cups all-purpose flour
↪️3 large eggs, beaten
↪️2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
↪️Oil for frying
👉Instructions:
✅️In a bowl, mix pulled pork, mac ’n’ cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon until well combined.

✅️Set up a breading station with separate bowls of flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
✅️Coat each bomb in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
✅️Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F. Fry bombs in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
