๐Ÿ”น️½ cup milk

๐Ÿ”น️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

๐Ÿ”น️1 tsp garlic powder

๐Ÿ”น️1 tsp paprika

๐Ÿ”น️Salt & pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ”น️Optional: 1 cup frozen mixed veggies or corn

✅️1. Cook the Beef & Onion:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until cooked through. Drain any grease.

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.

Add the diced potatoes, cooked beef and onion, mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours—until the potatoes are nice and tender.
