👉Ingredients:
🔹️1 lb ground beef
🔹️1 onion, diced
🔹️2 cloves garlic, minced
🔹️1 bell pepper, diced
🔹️1 cup corn
🔹️1 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
🔹️1 cup diced tomatoes
🔹️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🔹️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🔹️½ cup barbecue sauce
🔹️¼ cup ketchup
🔹️¼ cup mustard
🔹️1 tsp chili powder
🔹️Salt and pepper to taste
🔹️1 can (package) refrigerated biscuit dough
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
✅️2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
✅️3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the veggies are soft.
✅️4. Stir in the corn, black beans, tomatoes, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, and a little salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
✅️5. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
✅️6. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
✅️7. Flatten the biscuit dough and lay the pieces over the cheese.
✅️8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
✅️9. Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot and enjoy!
