✅ Ingredients


➡️For the Chicken:


2 chicken breasts (or thighs) πŸ—


2 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’


Juice of 1 lemon πŸ‹


2 garlic cloves, minced πŸ§„


1 tsp oregano 🌿


Salt & pepper



➡️For the Salad:


Romaine or mixed greens πŸ₯¬


Cherry tomatoes πŸ…


Cucumber πŸ₯’


Red onion πŸ§…


Kalamata olives πŸ«’


Feta cheese πŸ§€



➡️For the Tzatziki:


1 cup Greek yogurt πŸ₯›


½ cucumber, grated & drained πŸ₯’


1 garlic clove, minced πŸ§„


1 tbsp lemon juice πŸ‹


1 tbsp dill or mint 🌿


Salt & pepper



πŸ”Ή Instructions:

1. Marinate & Grill Chicken πŸ‘‰ Mix olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper. Marinate chicken 30 min, then grill 5–6 min per side until cooked. Rest & slice.


2. Make Tzatziki πŸ‘‰ Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, dill/mint, salt & pepper. Chill.


3. Assemble Salad πŸ‘‰ Layer greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives & feta. Top with grilled chicken and a big spoon of tzatziki.

◾️Drain cucumber well for creamy tzatziki.

◾️Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor.

◾️Add quinoa or couscous for a heartier meal.
