๐น️ Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes
Tender pork chops, creamy potatoes, and a flavorful ranch sauce all slow-cooked to perfection!
๐ Ingredients:
◾️ 4 boneless pork chops
◾️ 4 cups potatoes, cubed
◾️ 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
◾️ 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
◾️ 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
◾️ 1/2 cup sour cream
◾️ Salt & pepper to taste
◾️ Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
▶️ Instructions:
1. ๐น️ Place the cubed potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot.
2. ๐น️ Season pork chops with salt & pepper, then lay them on top of the potatoes.
3. ๐น️ In a bowl, whisk together ranch mix, cream of chicken soup, broth, and sour cream.
4. ๐น️ Pour the sauce evenly over pork chops and potatoes.
5. ๐น️ Cover and cook:
◾️ Low heat: 6–8 hours
◾️ High heat: 3–4 hours
6. ๐น️ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

๐ Brown the pork chops quickly in a skillet before adding them to the crockpot for extra flavor.
๐ If the sauce is too thin, mix 1 tsp cornstarch with water and stir it in during the last 30 minutes.
