Ranch Pork Chops with Tender Potatoes



๐Ÿ”น️ Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes


Tender pork chops, creamy potatoes, and a flavorful ranch sauce all slow-cooked to perfection!


๐Ÿ‘‰ Ingredients:


◾️ 4 boneless pork chops

◾️ 4 cups potatoes, cubed

◾️ 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

◾️ 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

◾️ 1/2 cup chicken broth or water

◾️ 1/2 cup sour cream

◾️ Salt & pepper to taste

◾️ Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


▶️ Instructions:


1. ๐Ÿ”น️ Place the cubed potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot.


2. ๐Ÿ”น️ Season pork chops with salt & pepper, then lay them on top of the potatoes.


3. ๐Ÿ”น️ In a bowl, whisk together ranch mix, cream of chicken soup, broth, and sour cream.


4. ๐Ÿ”น️ Pour the sauce evenly over pork chops and potatoes.


5. ๐Ÿ”น️ Cover and cook:

◾️ Low heat: 6–8 hours

◾️ High heat: 3–4 hours


6. ๐Ÿ”น️ Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
