Slow Cooker Beef Ramen Noodles
Upgrade your ramen noodles with this easy slow cooker recipe!
👉INGREDIENTS:
🔹️ 1 pound ground beef
🔹️ 1 cup matchstick carrots
🔹️ 2–3 scallions, roughly chopped
🔹️ 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
🔹️ 3 garlic cloves, minced
🔹️ ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
🔹️ ½ cup brown sugar
🔹️ 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken stock
🔹️ 2 packets ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
🔹️ Optional: sesame seeds & extra scallions for garnish
👉INSTRUCTIONS:
◾️ Prepare Ground Beef:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat, transfer to slow cooker.
◾️ Add Vegetables:
Layer carrots, bell pepper, and scallions on top of beef.
◾️ Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chicken stock. Pour over beef & veggies. Stir gently.
◾️ Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours.
◾️ Add Noodles:
▶️ 30 minutes before serving, break ramen noodles, add to slow cooker, stir occasionally.
◾️ Serve:
✅ Once noodles are tender, serve immediately.
👉 Garnish with sesame seeds & scallions if desired.
