👉Ingredients:
🔹️2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
🔹️2 tbsp flour
🔹️Salt and pepper to taste
🔹️2 tbsp oil
🔹️1 onion, chopped
🔹️3 garlic cloves, minced
🔹️4 cups beef broth
🔹️1 tbsp tomato paste
🔹️1 tsp dried thyme
🔹️3 carrots, sliced
🔹️3 potatoes, diced
🔹️2 celery stalks, chopped
🔹️1 bay leaf
👉Preparation:
↪️Toss beef with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in oil in a large pot over medium heat.
↪️Add onion and garlic; cook until softened. Stir in broth, tomato paste, thyme, and bay leaf.
↪️Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour.
↪️Add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Simmer for another 30–40 minutes, until vegetables and beef are tender.
🔹️Remove bay leaf and serve hot.
