Lemon Ginger Honey Immune Drink



๐Ÿฏ Lemon-Ginger-Honey Immune Drink


A natural remedy for colds, sore throat, or general fatigue


๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”น️8 lemons – halved and lightly squeezed


๐Ÿ”น️1/2 ginger root (about 100g) – roughly chopped


๐Ÿ”น️1/2 cup raw honey


๐Ÿ”น️1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (preferably organic with the "mother")


๐Ÿ”น️Hot water – enough to fill the pot or slow cooker


๐Ÿต Instructions:

↪️Using a Slow Cooker:

1. Add the lemon halves and chopped ginger to the slow cooker.

2. Pour in the honey and apple cider vinegar.

3. Fill the rest of the slow cooker with hot water.

4. Set to low heat and let it cook for 6–8 hours.

5. Sip the warm drink throughout the day, especially when feeling sick or tired.


↪️Using a Regular Pot:

1. Add all the ingredients to a large pot.

2. Bring to a light boil, then reduce the heat.

3. Let it simmer gently for 30–45 minutes.

4. Strain the drink and pour into a mug.

5. Drink warm, as needed.
