๐Ingredients:
๐น️1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
๐น️2 medium onions, finely chopped
๐น️3 garlic cloves, minced
๐น️3 tablespoons olive oil
๐น️1/2 cup water
๐น️3.5 oz (about 1/2 cup) green olives, pitted
๐น️1 preserved lemon, sliced
๐น️1 teaspoon ground ginger
๐น️1/2 teaspoon turmeric
๐น️Salt and black pepper to taste
๐น️A handful of chopped cilantro and parsley
๐Instructions:
✅️1. In a large pot or tagine over medium heat, add the olive oil, chopped onions, and garlic. Sautรฉ until soft.
✅️2. Add the chicken pieces and season with ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the chicken starts to brown slightly.
