✅ Ingredients:

πŸ‘‰ 1 cup (200g) unsalted butter, melted

πŸ‘‰ 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

πŸ‘‰ 1/2 cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder

πŸ‘‰ 1/4 tsp salt

πŸ‘‰ 1 1/4 cups (160g) all-purpose flour

πŸ‘‰ 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

πŸ‘‰ 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar

πŸ‘‰ 2 large eggs

πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp vanilla extract

πŸ‘‰ 1 cup (240ml) sour cream


πŸ”Ή Caramel Sauce:

πŸ‘‰ 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

πŸ‘‰ 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

πŸ‘‰ 1/4 tsp salt

πŸ‘‰ 2 tbsp unsalted butter

πŸ‘‰ 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)



▶️ Instructions

◾️ Step 1 – Preheat

✅ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

✅ Grease a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.


◾️ Step 2 – Brownie Layer

✅ Mix melted butter + sugar.

✅ Beat in eggs one at a time.

✅ Stir in cocoa, vanilla, and salt.

✅ Fold in flour just until combined.

✅ Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool slightly.


◾️ Step 3 – Cheesecake Layer

✅ Beat cream cheese until smooth.

✅ Add sugar, then eggs (one at a time).

✅ Stir in vanilla + sour cream.

✅ Pour over brownie base.

✅ Bake 55–60 minutes until set.

✅ Cool completely.


◾️ Step 4 – Caramel Sauce

✅ Melt sugar over medium heat until amber.

✅ Whisk in cream + butter.

✅ Add salt (and vanilla if desired).

✅ Let cool slightly.


◾️ Step 5 – Assembly

✅ Drizzle caramel sauce over cooled cheesecake.

✅ Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
