✅️Ingredients:
▶️ Cake:
◾️2 cups all-purpose flour
◾️1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
◾️¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️1 ½ tsp baking soda
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️2 eggs
◾️1 cup whole milk
◾️½ cup vegetable oil
◾️2 tsp vanilla extract
◾️1 cup boiling water
◾️1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
▶️ Chocolate Ganache:
◾️1 cup heavy cream
◾️2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
▶️ Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
◾️1 cup unsalted butter, softened
◾️3 ½ cups powdered sugar
◾️½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
◾️1 tsp vanilla extract
◾️⅓ cup heavy cream
👉Instructions
🔹 Cake Preparation:
▶️ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease & flour three 9-inch cake pans.
▶️ Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
▶️ Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla—beat 2 minutes.
▶️ Stir in boiling water and fold in chocolate chips.
▶️ Divide batter evenly among pans; bake 30–35 min. Cool completely.
🔹 Chocolate Ganache:
▶️ Heat cream until boiling and pour over chocolate chips.
▶️ Let sit 5 min, then stir until smooth. Cool to room temp.
🔹 Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
▶️ Beat butter until creamy.
▶️ Gradually add powdered sugar & cocoa powder.
▶️ Mix in vanilla & cream until smooth.
🔹 Assembly:
✅ Place first cake layer on plate → spread ganache.
✅ Repeat with second layer.
✅ Top with last cake layer & frost with buttercream.
✅ Drizzle remaining ganache on top.
💡 Tip: Chill ganache slightly before drizzling for a glossy finish.
