✅ Bok Choy Stir-Fried Beef 🥩🥬
A quick and flavorful Asian-inspired dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights! The tender beef and crisp bok choy come together in a rich, savory sauce that pairs perfectly with steamed rice 🍚.
⭐ Ingredients:
➡️ 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
➡️ 1 bunch Shanghai greens (or bok choy), washed and cut into 2-inch pieces
➡️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
➡️ 1 tbsp ginger, minced
➡️ 2 tbsp soy sauce
➡️ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
➡️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
➡️ 1 tsp sugar
➡️ 1/2 tsp white pepper
➡️ 2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 Instructions:
✅️1. 👉 Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and white pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15–30 minutes.
✅️2. 🔥 Heat the wok:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
✅️3. 🥩 Stir-fry the beef:
Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
✅️4. 🌿 Stir-fry the vegetables:
Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil, then sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
Add bok choy and stir-fry until wilted.
✅️5. 🥢 Combine:
Return beef to the wok, add oyster sauce, and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes until everything is hot and coated.
