3. ◾ In a bowl, combine apple juice, light brown sugar, ketchup, cider vinegar, water, and soy sauce. Mix well.


4. ◾ Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 10–15 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
