👉Ingredients:
🔸️2 cups elbow macaroni
🔸️1 cup mayonnaise (Filipino brands like Lady’s Choice preferred)
🔸️1/2 cup condensed milk
🔸️1/4 cup all-purpose cream
🔸️1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🔸️1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
🔸️1/4 cup raisins
🔸️1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
🔸️1/2 cup diced carrots, boiled until tender
🔸️1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
🔸️2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
🔸️Salt and pepper, to taste
👉Directions:
✅️Cook the Macaroni:
◾️Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
◾️Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool completely.
✅️Prepare the Dressing:
◾️In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, condensed milk, all-purpose cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
✅️Assemble the Salad:
◾️Add the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, raisins, pineapple tidbits, carrots, and sweet pickle relish to the dressing.
