Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken




👉Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs


1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (save the juice)


1 red bell pepper, diced


1 yellow bell pepper, diced


1 cup barbecue sauce


½ cup soy sauce


¼ cup brown sugar



👉Instructions:

✅️Step 1: Prepare the Crockpot

Place the chicken into the bottom of the crockpot.

Add the diced red and yellow bell peppers.

Add the drained pineapple chunks on top.


✅️Step 2: Make the Sauce

In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and reserved pineapple juice.

Stir well to combine everything evenly.


✅️Step 3: Add the Sauce to the Crockpot

Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.

Make sure the chicken is well coated with the sauce.


✅️Step 4: Cook

Cover the crockpot with the lid.

Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.


✅️Step 5: Serve

Serve hot over steamed rice or with your favorite side of vegetables.
