π Ingredients:

πΈ️½ cup unsalted butter, softened
πΈ️3 cups powdered sugar

1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Pans:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 7-inch (18 cm) round cake pans.
2️⃣ Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar:
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
4️⃣ Combine the Batter:
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk, starting and ending with the flour. Gently fold in the mashed bananas π.
5️⃣ Bake the Cake:
Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cakes cool completely.

Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until light and creamy.
