◾️6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
◾️¼ cup mayonnaise
◾️1 tsp Dijon mustard
◾️1 tsp lemon juice
◾️1 tbsp chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
◾️Salt & black pepper, to taste
π For the Sandwich:
◾️4 slices of bread (white, wheat, or your favorite)
◾️Optional add-ins: lettuce, tomato slices, or spinach

✅️1. Make the Egg Salad:
In a bowl, mix together the chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and chives.
