✅ 1/4 tsp black pepper
✅ 2 tbsp olive oil
✅ 1 lb rigatoni pasta
✅ 4 tbsp butter
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 3 cups heavy cream
✅ 1 cup chicken broth
✅ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✅ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
✅ 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

1️⃣ Season the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden & cooked through. Remove & set aside.
3️⃣ Boil the Pasta:
Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in cream and broth. Bring to a simmer.
5️⃣ Add the Cheese:
Reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
6️⃣ Combine Everything:
Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat in the sauce. Return chicken to the skillet and mix gently.
