Crockpot Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes


👉Ingredients:

↪️1 pound smoked ham, cut into cubes


↪️2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed


↪️3 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced


↪️1 onion, diced


↪️4 cups chicken broth


↪️1 teaspoon black pepper


↪️1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust depending on the saltiness of the ham)


👉Directions:

✅️1. Place the cubed ham at the bottom of the crockpot.

✅️2. Layer the green beans, potatoes, and diced onion on top of the ham.

✅️3. Pour the chicken broth over everything, covering most of the ingredients. Add more broth or water if needed.

✅️5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender and flavors are well blended.
