🔸️1. Slice beef thinly across the grain for maximum tenderness—placing it in the freezer for 15 minutes first makes slicing easier.
🔸️2. Boost umami by adding a splash of oyster sauce or a spoonful of miso if available.
🔸️3. Make it vegetarian-friendly by swapping beef for tofu and using vegetable broth and soy-based fish sauce alternatives.
