πΈ️ Ingredients:
◾️ 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
◾️ ¾ tsp garlic powder
◾️ 3 tbsp vegetable oil
◾️ 1 beef bouillon cube
◾️ ¼ cup hot water
◾️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
◾️ ½ cup chopped onion
◾️ 2 green bell peppers, roughly chopped
◾️ 1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes (with liquid)
◾️ 3 tbsp soy sauce
◾️ 1 tsp white sugar
◾️ 1 tsp salt
πΉ️ Directions:
1. πΈ️ Sear the beef: Sprinkle garlic powder over the strips and sear in hot oil for about 5 minutes per side. Move to the crock pot.
2. πΈ️ Mix sauce: Dissolve bouillon in hot water, then mix in cornstarch. Pour over the beef.
3. πΈ️ Add veggies & flavor: Stir in onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
4. πΈ️ Cook low & slow: Cover and cook
