๐ฅ Spicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Fillet ๐๐ง๐ง
Tender, juicy chicken fillets simmered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with a spicy twist – the perfect weeknight dinner! ๐บ๐ธ
๐ Ingredients:
◾️ 1 lb (500 g) chicken fillets
◾️ 2 tbsp butter (30 g)
◾️ 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
◾️ ¾ cup heavy cream (200 ml)
◾️ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (100 g)
◾️ 1 tsp dried oregano
◾️ 1 tsp paprika
◾️ Salt & black pepper to taste
◾️ 1 tbsp olive oil
◾️ Fresh parsley – for garnish
๐Instructions:
๐น️ 1. Season & Sear the Chicken
↪️ Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
↪️ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
↪️ Cook chicken for 4–5 min per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove & set aside.
๐น️ 2. Make the Garlic Sauce
↪️ In the same pan, melt butter.
↪️ Add garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute – don’t let it burn!
๐น️ 3. Add Cream & Parmesan
↪️ Stir in the cream.
↪️ Add Parmesan and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
๐น️ 4. Bring it All Together
↪️ Return chicken to the pan.
↪️ Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, fully coated in the sauce.
๐น️ 5. Serve It Hot!
↪️ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or garlic bread.
