◾️ 2 lbs chicken wings (tips removed, split)

◾️ ½ cup packed brown sugar

◾️ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

◾️ 2 garlic cloves, minced

◾️ ½ tsp ground ginger

◾️ ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

◾️ 1 tbsp cornstarch

◾️ 1 tbsp water

◾️ Salt & pepper to taste

◾️ Green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

✅️1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil, top with a wire rack, and spray with nonstick spray.


✅️2.  Season wings with salt & pepper, arrange in a single layer, and bake for 40–45 mins, flipping halfway.


✅️3. ๐Ÿ”ฅ While baking, make the glaze: In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, ginger & chili flakes.


✅️4. Simmer for a few mins, then whisk cornstarch + water and stir into sauce. Simmer until thick (about 5 mins).
