◾️ 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on for presentation)

◾️ 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

◾️ 1/2 red bell pepper, diced large

◾️ 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced large

◾️ 2 tbsp olive oil

◾️ 3 tbsp unsalted butter

◾️ 4 garlic cloves, minced

◾️ 1 tsp paprika

◾️ 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme mix)

◾️ 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

◾️ Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

◾️ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

◾️ Lemon wedges, for serving

✅️ Prep & season: Pat shrimp dry, season with paprika, salt, pepper & a splash of olive oil.

✅️ Sear shrimp: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter, cook shrimp 1–2 min per side until pink. Remove & set aside.

✅️ Cook veggies: Add zucchini + peppers, sautรฉ until tender.

✅️ Make garlic butter sauce: Push veggies aside, add butter + garlic, cook 30 sec, stir in herbs & red pepper flakes.

✅️ Finish dish: Return shrimp, toss to coat, cook 1–2 min more. Garnish with parsley & lemon wedges.
