✅ Ingredients:
◾️ 1 lb ground beef
◾️ ½ cup breadcrumbs
◾️ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
◾️ ¼ cup chopped parsley
◾️ 1 egg
◾️ 1 tsp garlic powder
◾️ 1 tsp onion powder
◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste
◾️ 1 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 1 cup beef broth
◾️ 1 cup sliced mushrooms
◾️ 1 packet onion soup mix
◾️ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️ 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
๐ Directions:
1️⃣ Make Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
2️⃣ Brown Them
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown meatballs on all sides (5–7 mins). Transfer to slow cooker.
3️⃣ Build the Gravy
In the same skillet, sautรฉ mushrooms (3–4 mins). Stir in beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs in slow cooker.
4️⃣ Slow Cook
Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hrs or High 3–4 hrs, until tender. For thicker gravy, whisk cornstarch + water and stir in during last 30 mins.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
Serve meatballs over creamy mashed potatoes or egg noodles, topped with fresh parsley.
