◾️ 1 cup all-purpose flour

◾️ 1/2 tsp onion powder
◾️ 1/4 tsp black pepper
◾️ Vegetable oil (for frying)
๐ Instructions:
✅️1. Clean and trim the gizzards, then rinse and pat dry.
