◾️ 1 lb chicken gizzards

◾️ 1 cup buttermilk

◾️ 1 cup all-purpose flour

◾️ 1 tsp salt

◾️ 1 tsp paprika

◾️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder

◾️ 1/2 tsp onion powder

◾️ 1/4 tsp black pepper

◾️ Vegetable oil (for frying)

✅️1. Clean and trim the gizzards, then rinse and pat dry.

✅️2. Marinate them in buttermilk for at least 2 hours (overnight works best for tenderness).

✅️3. Mix flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl.

✅️4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

✅️5. Dredge gizzards in the seasoned flour, pressing well for a crispy coating.

✅️6. Fry in small batches for 5–7 minutes until golden and crunchy.

✅️7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with sides like mac & cheese, greens, or cornbread.
