◾️ For the Cajun Shrimp Sauce
π ½ lb (225 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
π 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
π 2 tbsp butter π§
π 3 garlic cloves, minced
π ½ cup diced onion π§
π ½ cup diced red or yellow bell pepper π«
π 1 cup heavy cream π₯
π ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated π§
π Juice of ½ lemon π
π Salt & black pepper, to taste
π Fresh parsley πΏ (for garnish)
▶️ How To Make It
1️⃣ Sear the Steaks
Pat steaks dry, season with salt & pepper. Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.
Sear 3–4 min per side (medium-rare). Add butter, garlic & herbs, baste in the last minute.
Remove, cover loosely, and rest.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Melt butter in the same skillet, sautΓ© garlic 30 sec, then cook shrimp 1–2 min per side until pink. Remove.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
SautΓ© onions & peppers until softened.
Pour in cream + Parmesan, stir until thick & silky.
Return shrimp, squeeze lemon juice, toss to coat.
