▶️ 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
▶️ ½ cup shortening (or butter)
▶️ 3 cups granulated sugar
▶️ 6 large eggs, room temperature
▶️ 1 cup sour cream
▶️ ½ cup reserved pineapple juice
▶️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
