Festive Turkish Delight Balls – A Perfect Christmas Treat
👉Ingredients:
🔹️1 packet (250g) Chocolate Ripple biscuits
🔹️3 Turkish Delight bars (55g each)
🔹️1 can sweetened condensed milk
🔹️1 cup desiccated coconut
🔹️Red food colouring
👉Method:
✅️1. Roughly chop the Turkish Delight bars and break the chocolate biscuits into pieces. Blend both in a food processor until fine and well mixed.
✅️2. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Pour in the condensed milk and stir until everything is fully combined.
✅️3. In a ziplock bag, add the desiccated coconut and a few drops of red food colouring. Seal the bag and shake well until the coconut is evenly coloured.
✅️4. Shape teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls, then roll each one in the coloured coconut.
✅️5. Place on a tray and refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

↪️1. Too sticky? If the mixture is hard to roll, chill it for 15–20 minutes to firm up before shaping.
↪️2. Want more colour fun? Use green food colouring too for a red-and-green Christmas combo.
↪️3. Add texture: Mix in a handful of chopped nuts for crunch.
