👉Instructions:
✅️1. Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, stir together the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper until well blended. Fold in spinach, if using.

Cook pasta shells just until al dente. Drain and let cool enough to handle.
