👉Ingredients:

↪️20 jumbo pasta shells

↪️2 cups ricotta cheese

↪️1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

↪️½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

↪️1 large egg

↪️2 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)

↪️Salt and pepper, to taste

↪️3 cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)

↪️1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (optional)

↪️½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Mix the Filling:

In a large bowl, stir together the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper until well blended. Fold in spinach, if using.


✅️2. Boil the Shells:

Cook pasta shells just until al dente. Drain and let cool enough to handle.


✅️3. Fill the Shells:

Spoon the cheese mixture into each shell—don’t be shy with the filling!


✅️4. Layer It Up:

Spread a little marinara sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer, then cover with the rest of the sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until everything is bubbly and heated through.

About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top. Cover again and let it melt.
