👉Ingredients:
↪️2 small gammon shanks
↪️Black pepper, garlic, onion powder (to taste)
↪️1 onion, sliced
↪️250ml water
↪️Gravy granules
↪️1–2 OXO cubes
↪️Honey and blended pineapple
↪️(Optional: carrots—I usually add them but had none today!)
👉Method:
✅️1. Place the gammon shanks in the slow cooker with the water. Set on high.
✅️2. Add the honey, blended pineapple, sliced onion, and all your seasonings.
✅️3. After 2 hours, stir in the gravy granules and OXO cubes.
✅️4. After 4–5 hours, shred the meat off the bone and return it to the pot.
✅️5. Let it cook until the full 6½ hours—then serve!
