◾️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ 3/4 cup Marsala wine
◾️ 3/4 cup chicken broth
◾️ 1/2 cup heavy cream
◾️ 1 tsp dried thyme
◾️ 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

πΉ Step 1:
πͺΆ Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt & pepper. Dredge in flour and shake off the excess.

π₯ Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
