◾️ 4 boneless chicken breasts
◾️ 1 lb baby potatoes (red & yellow), halved
◾️ 4 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
◾️ 2 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 2 tbsp butter
◾️ 2 tbsp lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar for a twist)
◾️ 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
◾️ 1 tsp paprika
◾️ Salt & black pepper to taste

πΉ Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
πΉ Step 2:
π₯ Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden on both sides (about 2–3 minutes each). Transfer to a baking dish.

π₯ Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the chicken.

π§ In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, and chicken broth. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
