π§ Ham & Cheese Sliders with Buttery Honey-Mustard Glaze

π Ingredients:
◾️ 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work great!)
◾️ 1 lb deli ham, thinly sliced
◾️ 12 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar, provolone, etc.)
◾️ ¼ cup butter, melted
◾️ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
◾️ 1 tbsp honey
◾️ ½ tsp poppy seeds
◾️ ½ tsp garlic powder
π¨π³ Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
✅️2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottoms in a lightly greased baking dish.
✅️3. Layer with sliced ham and cheese, then cap with the tops of the rolls.
✅️4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, and garlic powder.
✅️5. Pour the buttery glaze evenly over the sliders. Let it soak in for a few minutes if you like extra flavor.
✅️6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is warm and gooey.
