π Ingredients:
◾️ 4 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into thick wedges
◾️ 3 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
◾️ 1 tsp garlic powder
◾️ 1 tsp paprika
◾️ 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried basil, oregano & thyme)
◾️ 1 tsp salt
◾️ ½ tsp black pepper
◾️ 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
π¨π³ Directions:
↪️1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into even-sized wedges for even baking.
↪️2. Mix the coating: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
↪️3. Toss to coat: Add the potato wedges and toss thoroughly until every wedge is coated in cheesy garlicky goodness.
↪️4. Bake: Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet, skin-side down.
