◾️ 1 lb ground beef
◾️ 3 potatoes, diced
◾️ 2 carrots, sliced
◾️ 2 celery stalks, chopped
◾️ 1 onion, chopped
◾️ 1 green bell pepper, chopped
◾️ 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
◾️ 3 cups beef broth
◾️ 1 tsp garlic powder
◾️ 1 tsp paprika
◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste
◾️ Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

↪️1. π₯ Brown the Beef
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in onion, celery, and green bell pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly softened.

Add carrots, potatoes, canned tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
