🍌✨ Creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Crunch


👉 Ingredients:

↪️Crust:

◾️ 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers

◾️ ¼ cup melted butter


↪️Cheesecake Filling:

◾️ 24 oz cream cheese, softened

◾️ 1 cup sugar

◾️ 3 large eggs

◾️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

◾️ 1 cup mashed bananas


↪️Topping:

◾️ 1 cup whipped heavy cream

◾️ Garnish: sliced bananas & crushed wafers


👉 Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

◾️ Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

◾️ Mix crushed wafers + melted butter.

◾️ Press mixture firmly into bottom of springform pan.


2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

◾️ Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth & creamy.

◾️ Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

◾️ Stir in vanilla + mashed bananas.


3️⃣ Bake

◾️ Pour filling over crust.

◾️ Bake about 1 hour, then cool completely.


4️⃣ Add Toppings

◾️ Spread whipped cream on top.

◾️ Garnish with crushed wafers + banana slices.

◾️ Refrigerate 4–6 hours before serving.
