Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake



🔹️Ingredients:


◾️2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed


◾️4 large potatoes, diced


◾️1 onion, diced


◾️1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


◾️1/2 cup beef broth


◾️1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce


◾️Salt, to taste


◾️Pepper, to taste


◾️1 teaspoon garlic powder


◾️1 teaspoon paprika



🔹️Instructions:

✅️1. Lightly grease the crockpot with cooking spray.


✅️2. Add steak, potatoes, and onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.


✅️3. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.


✅️4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender and potatoes are soft.


✅️5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top, cover for 5 minutes until melted, then serve warm.

◾️1. Crispier Finish: Before adding to the crockpot, quickly sear the cubed steak in a hot skillet for extra flavor and a richer texture.


◾️2. Creamier Version: Mix in ½ cup sour cream or a can of cream of mushroom soup before serving for a creamy, loaded potato vibe.
