◾️ 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
👉 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven: 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2️⃣ Prepare Pastry: Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
3️⃣ Add Fillings: Spread mustard (optional), layer ham, then cheese.
