◾️ 1 lb sausage
◾️ 2 cups milk
◾️ 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
◾️ 8 biscuits (pre-made or homemade)
◾️ 1 tsp salt
◾️ 1/2 tsp black pepper
◾️ 1/2 tsp ground sage
◾️ Optional: 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes for spice
✅️ Directions:
๐ 1. Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage, breaking it into small pieces.
๐ 2. Make the Gravy
Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage & stir. Cook 2 minutes.
Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly.
Increase heat to medium-high, bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until thickened (~5 min).
Season with salt, pepper & sage.
๐ 3. Assemble the Pie
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange biscuits in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour sausage gravy evenly over biscuits.

Bake 25–30 min until biscuits are golden brown.
