➡️ 4 slices ham

➡️ 4 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or your favorite)

➡️ 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

➡️ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

➡️ Salt & pepper to taste

✅️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

✅️ Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.

✅️ Spread Dijon mustard (if using) over one half of the pastry.

✅️ Arrange ham slices evenly, then top with cheese.

✅️ Fold pastry over filling and seal edges with a fork.

✅️ Brush top with beaten egg and cut small slits for steam.

✅️ Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and puffed.

✅️ Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
