◾️ 4 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
◾️ 1 large onion, sliced
◾️ 2 tbsp olive oil
◾️ 1 smoked Polish sausage, sliced
◾️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
◾️ 1/2 tsp paprika
◾️ Salt & pepper to taste
◾️ Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
✅️ Directions:
👉 1. Cook the Potatoes
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes, cook ~10 min until starting to soften, stirring occasionally.
👉 2. Add Onion & Sausage
Stir in sliced onion & Polish sausage.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
👉 3. Finish Cooking
Continue stirring often for 15–20 min until potatoes are golden & crispy, and sausage is heated through.
👉 4. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional) and serve hot.
