๐Ÿ‘‰ 5 Tips for Perfect Stew:

◾️ Pat beef dry before searing → golden crust guaranteed.

◾️ Use a good dry red wine → Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or Pinot Noir.

◾️ Cook low & slow → tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef.

◾️ Make ahead → flavors deepen overnight.

◾️ Scrape bottom → adds richness when adding wine.
