1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried parsley

2 tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

↪️Prepare the Steak Patties:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and form into 4 oval patties.
↪️Cook the Patties:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
↪️Make the Gravy:
In the same skillet, add butter and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms are browned.
Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Return the steak patties to the skillet and spoon the gravy over them. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, over mashed potatoes or alongside vegetables.
