๐ 1. Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
