◾️1 clove garlic, minced

◾️½ tsp chili flakes or pinch of cayenne (optional, for heat)

◾️1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley (optional, for garnish)

πŸ‘¨‍🍳 Instructions

✅️ Step 1: Prep the Salmon

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Optionally drizzle with lime juice for brightness.

✅️ Step 2: Make the Glaze

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple, honey, soy sauce, Dijon, ginger, garlic, and chili flakes.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Taste and adjust sweetness or saltiness as needed.

(Blend for a smoother glaze if preferred.)

✅️ Step 3: Cook the Salmon

In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear salmon skin-side down for 2–3 minutes until crisp.

Flip, spoon glaze on top, and transfer to oven.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).

(Or finish on stovetop covered for 5–7 minutes if not using oven.)

✅️ Step 4: Serve

Plate salmon and drizzle with extra glaze.

Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.

Serve with lime wedges if desired.
