✅ Sausage, Green Bean & Potato Casserole ◾️
👉Ingredients:
◾️ 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
◾️ 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
◾️ 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
◾️ 1 onion, chopped
◾️ 2 garlic cloves, minced
◾️ 1 tsp paprika
◾️ ½ tsp salt
◾️ ½ tsp black pepper
◾️ ½ cup chicken broth
◾️ ½ cup heavy cream
◾️ 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
👉Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, toss sausage, potatoes, green beans, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper together until evenly coated.
3️⃣ Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour chicken broth and heavy cream evenly over the top.
4️⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
5️⃣ Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy straight from the casserole dish.
