π Ingredients:
◾ 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
◾ 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
◾ 3 tbsp Cajun or blackened seasoning
◾ 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
◾ 12 oz fettuccine pasta
◾ 3 tbsp unsalted butter
◾ 4 cloves garlic, minced
◾ 2 cups heavy cream
◾ 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
◾ 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese (optional)
◾ Salt & black pepper, to taste
◾ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
πΉ Directions:
1️⃣ Cook Pasta: Boil fettuccine according to package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Season & Sear Steak: Pat steaks dry, rub with 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil & Cajun seasoning. Sear 4–5 mins per side in a hot skillet. Remove, cover, rest.
3️⃣ Cook Shrimp: In same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Season shrimp, sear 1–2 mins per side. Remove.
4️⃣ Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, sautΓ© garlic 1 min. Pour in heavy cream, simmer gently, then stir in Parmesan & Romano until creamy. Season with salt & pepper.
5️⃣ Combine: Toss pasta in sauce, plate, top with shrimp & steak slices. Garnish with parsley.
