๐น Ingredients:
◾️ 1 pound bacon, cut into small pieces
◾️ 1 large onion, diced
◾️ 1 red bell pepper, diced
◾️ 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
◾️ 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained & rinsed
◾️ 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
◾️ 2 tbsp chili powder
◾️ 1 tsp cumin
◾️ Salt & pepper, to taste

1. ๐ Heat a large pot over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy. Remove & drain on paper towels.
2. ๐ In the same pot, sautรฉ onion & bell pepper in bacon drippings until soft & fragrant.
3. ๐ Add tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper. Stir well.
4. ๐ Return crispy bacon to the pot. Mix everything together.
5. ๐ Simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
