◾️ 1.5 – 2 pound pork tenderloin
◾️ 4 tbsp butter, softened
◾️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
◾️ 1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)
◾️ 1 tsp paprika
◾️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
◾️ 1/4 tsp black pepper
◾️ 1/4 tsp salt
◾️ 1 tbsp olive oil
πΉ Instructions
▶️ 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) — about 10 minutes.
▶️ 2. In a small bowl, mix together butter, garlic, ranch mix, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until blended. (5 minutes)
▶️ 3. Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
▶️ 4. Rub pork with olive oil. (2 minutes)
▶️ 5. Coat pork generously with garlic butter ranch mixture. (5 minutes)
▶️ 6. Place seasoned pork in a roasting pan.
▶️ 7. Roast 20–25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
▶️ 8. Remove, rest 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve.
